Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Zorberry. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products, but we would like to highlight the following return and refund terms:

 

1. Final Sale Policy

All purchases made with Zorberry are final. This means that once a product is shipped, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless faulty or other special circumstances. Change of mind returns are not accepted so please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

 

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

Although all sales are final, we stand by the quality of our products. 99.9% of our products pass through quality control checks, but we still  acknowledge that occasionally, one item may slip through these checks. If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item:

- Contact our customer support team at zorberrystore@gmail.com within 7 days of      receiving your order.

- Provide order number full name and contact details used at checkout, a detailed description of the issue, and include photos if possible.

- We will review your case individually and, if the defect or error is confirmed, provide an appropriate solution which may include a full refund, replacement or store credit, at our discretion. 

3. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, cancellations are only possible if you email us before the item has been shipped. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. If a cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund. Once the item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer eligible.

Please keep in mind that refunds can take up to two weeks to process depending on the banking institution you are with. This timeframe is out of our control.

Once we have received your parcel, it can take up to 7 business days to process and issue a Store Credit Gift Card, Exchange or Refund.

 

4. Shipping Costs

If a return is authorized due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

5. Ineligible for returns

Any item that has been damaged by using them in a way they were not meant to be used or by not following the product specific garment care instructions does not qualify for a refund, store credit or exchange.

We do not offer refunds, store credits or exchanges for an item that has been used for a period of time where the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds, store credits or exchanges for hats,  

Zorberry reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our Returns & Exchanges policy.

This Return & Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted here, so we recommend checking this section periodically.
