All purchases made with Zorberry are final. This means that once a product is bought, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items

Although all sales are final, we stand by the quality of our products. If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact our customer support team at info@zorberry.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide a detailed description of the issue, and include photos if possible.
  • We will review your case individually and, if the defect or error is confirmed, provide an appropriate solution which may include a replacement or store credit, at our discretion. 
  1. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, cancellations are only possible if you email us before the item has been shipped. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. If a cancellation is approved, you will receive a refund of 80% of the purchase amount. Once the item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer eligible.
